Important Terms & Conditions Before Placing an Order at Saj Niketon

1. General Order Guidelines

• Accurate Size Selection: While placing an order, please provide your child's exact length, body size, and accurate age. Saj Niketon shall not be held liable for any subsequent sizing issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.
• Verification Upon Delivery: Please thoroughly check the attire in the presence of the delivery agent at the time of receiving the parcel. No claims or complaints regarding damages or defects will be entertained after the delivery agent has departed.
• Order Changes or Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, the parcel cannot be put on hold or canceled. Furthermore, products cannot be exchanged or substituted for another design post-delivery. We kindly request you to be certain before finalizing your order.

2. Courier & Payment Policy (Based on Success Rate)

• Courier Success Rate Below 100%: Customers with a delivery success history of less than 100% are required to pay the delivery charge in advance via bKash to confirm their order.
• Courier Success Rate Below 80%: Customers with a success history below 80% will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD). Their orders will only be processed upon full advance payment via bKash.
• Unreasonable Returns & Blacklist Policy: Returning a parcel without a valid, justifiable reason or refusing to accept a confirmed order will result in a permanent ban. The respective customer will be blocked from accessing our page and website services in the future.

3. Delivery Timeline & Charges

• Dhaka City: Delivery charge is 90 BDT. (Requires a minimum of 2 working days after order confirmation)
• Outside Dhaka (Sadr Areas): Delivery charge is 150 BDT. (Requires a minimum of 4 working days after order confirmation)
• Emergency / Same-Day Delivery: We offer an 'Emergency Same-Day Delivery' service within Dhaka City. For this premium service, the applicable courier fee must be paid entirely in advance via bKash.

*Please note that delivery timelines may be extended due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.

4. Pre-Order Policy

We regularly share updates regarding our 'Upcoming Shipments' and future collections on our official page. Customers are welcome to pre-order any upcoming attire. Please keep a minimum timeline of 20 days in mind for pre-order deliveries. Notably, no advance payment is required for placing a pre-order.
